28+ Aliexpress Klarna Payment Failed Background. Now when i check my bank account, i can see the money has gone to aliexpress, but i can't issue a dispute or refund because according to their system, i never made. What worse out of the 3 times i called customer service not one of the advisers had even heard of klarna and sorry, payment failed!

Sometimes the reason is there is an information error with your payment, sometimes a simple system error. Looking on the aliexpress forum shows this has been going on for some time for visa cards with no solution. I have my address on there, phone#(does it need to be verified ??), security q's, i turned off. I tried several cards with the same result.
